Stamp Duty Land Tax Deadline

To ensure completion can take place before the Stamp Duty Land Tax Deadline on 31st March we require solicitors to ensure the Certificate of Title has been submitted with a minimum of 5 calendar days notice and all offer conditions to be satisfied. Please also be aware that we do not accept local authority search indemnity for residential purchase transactions.

Portfolio Landlords

If our customer, your client, is a new or experienced Portfolio Landlord then we're here to help them grow their portfolio with our Multi Loan proposition.

For any cases your customer submits across a 12-month period following their first Portfolio Submission they'll follow a more streamlined application process. That means we'll use the existing documents that the customer submitted with their initial application and only require a number of additional documents to support the application.

Eligibility requirements

  • Must have submitted a Buy to Let application and that case has been offered.
  • A fully completed application form including details of the new property and deposit details (where applicable).
  • A satisfactory credit check.
  • A completed direct debit mandate and declaration.
  • Portfolio Pro Forma uploaded to each case submitted.
  • All other policy criteria applies.
