The Mortgage Lender has boosted its team of onsite underwriters with the appointment of Katie Haley as regional underwriter based at TFC Homeloans in Manchester.
Katie joins Jemma Pugh, based at 3mc and Diane McLoughlin, based at Dynamo, and expands the onsite footprint of The Mortgage Lender residential and buy to let underwriters.
For the last six years Katie worked as a mortgage adviser at the Co-Op, a role she took on after five years as an underwriter with the company.
The Mortgage Lender head of national accounts David Eaves said: “Having Katie on board, with her experience of advising on and underwriting mortgages is a great asset for The Mortgage Lender and TFC Homeloans.

TFC Homeloans is a specialist residential and buy to let packager.
