As a Senior Compliance Business Partner, you will provide effective risk-based frontline compliance support to the Sales, Product and Marketing functions of TML’s mortgage business, with a dual reporting line to the Sales & Product Director and Chief Executive Officer (for Marketing).

This is an exciting and diverse role and will suit a motivated and ambitious individual who is a self-starter looking for a new challenge. You will need to demonstrate a strong background of hands-on regulatory compliance experience across sales, distribution, products, rates/fees/charges including commission, marketing, and financial promotions, along with clear insight of emerging trends and regulatory developments. This role will suit someone with technical and operational knowledge and a desire for getting things done.
